For the past 15 years I have been providing technical interpretation and translation services for Chinese machine installation projects. I also offer broader project management and consultation services to manufacturing companies and investors. I gained a lot of invaluable experience working at a car manufacturing company as well as from being part of dozens of machine installation projects at manufacturing companies from different industries. I not only help my clients with business negotiations and sourcing but I also often accompany them on business trips to China. Apart from that I also arrange CCC certification. I have done more than 100 CCC audits in different EU countries. About me

I possess a Master´s degree in Sinology (Chinese) and Interpretation and Translation Studies from Charles University in Prague. I have also studied at two universities in China. After that I decided to pursue another Master´s degree in management at Prague University of Business and Economics. I started my professional career as a technical interpreter at a car manufacturing company, and was part of dozens of Chinese machine installation and commissioning projects. During this time, I developed strong skills in project management and CCC certification. My competitive advantage is over 15-years of experience in the automotive industry, good command of technical Chinese and project management skills. I have a team of professional technical interpreters and thanks to that I can support my clients even with large projects where a long-term onsite support of an interpreter or multiple interpreters is required. I also support investments projects by linking Chinese investors with investment opportunities in Europe.

Interpretation Services

My services are mostly required by manufacturing companies that are planning to install and commission machines from Chinese producers. Although the quality of Chinese machines is increasing, what remains unchanged is the weak point of language and cultural barrier. Chinese technicians who are sent by a producer to commission the machine do not speak English in 9 cases out of 10 or their English level is insufficient to do the job. This consequently leads to misunderstanding and confusion and at the end of the day may result in failure of know-how transfer from the Chinese manufacturer to the final client. Commissioning and debugging of the production line as well as presence of Chinese technicians is a key stage of every project and what is absolutely crucial at this stage is to gain as much knowledge regarding the operation of the line as possible as well as fixing as many defects as possible. None of those is possible without support of experienced Chinese technical interpreter. Insufficient or inaccurate communication causes confusion and misunderstanding and at the end of the day makes the project more expensive. Effective communication on the other hand is prerequisite for the smooth project completion.

We often accompany our clients on their business trips to China. Such business trips are usually intended for meeting with Chinese business partners or suppliers. We also facilitate the trainings and/or handovers of the manufacturing equipment.

My clients include mainly manufacturing companies, OEMs and Tier 1 and Tier 2 from automotive. I specialize in technical translation where technical expertise and precise terminology are crucial. All translations into Chinese are proofread by Chinese natives. If needed I work with consultants from the different industries.
